“Coming from a 4X4 and Ifor Williams trailer, at 7.5 tons, this was our first venture into a bigger horsebox. We searched the internet but kept coming back to one at Central England Horesboxes and after some discussion with Luke, bought, on line, as seen. Luke arranged for a service and full MOT for us and rushed the lorry through so we could use it for a forthcoming event. Went to collect the lorry where Luke met us at the station and took us to his business. He went through all the functions and tools with us and made sure we understood everything. A lot to remember but Luke said that he was always at the end of the phone if we needed any help so that is a great reassurance. He provided a 3 month warranty and amazingly, the vehicle looked in even better condition that in the photos: we are totally delighted. From start to finish this has been excellent with super service provided by Luke whom we feel confident enough to contact again for help and advice and most importantly to highly recommend him to other potential customers.”

“I had been aware of Central England Horseboxes from seeing their adverts for a number of years so I felt confident that they were a well-established company who had been in business for a while. Even though the company is based over 250 miles from me I felt comfortable using the company as Luke replied to my emails quickly and without ever having met him, I agreed for him to send his driver to my house to collect my lorry and drive it back to his depot. From start to finish the service was seamless and my horsebox sold within two weeks for the price we had agreed and I received my cheque the following week as per the contract. “I can’t recommend Luke and Central England Horseboxes highly enough. Making my first such purchase the peace of mind offered by the 3 month warranty was a significant factor over a private sale. From our first meeting Luke spent time going through several boxes and the pros and cons of each, and a test drive was immediately available. Having made a purchase the van was provided with a full years MOT and a new cambelt prior to delivery.
Unfortunately after a few weeks the gearbox synch failed. Significant expense was occurred opening up and repairing the gearbox, but Luke was true to his word with the warranty and every penny was covered without quibble. Moreover, as the gearbox was already opened Luke also agreed to replace the clutch which was showing wear – and all without fuss and quibble. When the work was completed the money exchanged hands that day. Luke was brilliant to deal with and the warranty made a huge difference. A private sale and I would have been out of pocket to the tune of £2000. Central England Horseboxes is the only place to go”
